My Dive Gear

Best fins ever!!! Excellent for currents! Hands down, this fin produces max power for every bit of energy you put out. They have a flex back strap so if you're wearing thicker booties or nothing at all they adapt. Plus it's quick and easy to remove when you're getting back on the boat.

Mask is pictured above, maybe you're noticing a trend of purple? Scubapro has eight different colors for the fins and masks that are linked here. This mask was chosen for two reasons, fit and the fact that you can have prescription lenses in. Since my left and right eye have different prescriptions this was an easy call.

This snorkel comes in a variety of colors. Wasn't able to find the purple on on Amazon but Scubapro.com will have them for sure. For the folks out there like me who search around for the best price, you'll find that the price of gear really doesn't vary at all.

Shorty 3 mil booties!! My ultimate favorite! They fit like your favorite pair of shoes.

GoPro Hero 7 Black! What an amazing and fun way to capture dive footage without spending fifteen thousand dollars. Make sure you're always using the recommended memory cards or you will have issues with the GoPro such as freezing underwater at 100 feet. Check here to make sure you're using the proper cards: SD Cards that work with GoPro Cameras

In my experience, it's common to experience GoPro issues while underwater. Just in case I have issues my left wrist/hand holds a GoPro 5.

The hand/wrist mount is really nice because I don't have to worry about dropping it if I'm taking it in or out of a pocket and I don't really want to be diving with two selfie poles. You can use it on your right or left hand easily (I use the same side as my dive computer) and it doesn't take up space!

GoPro Dive Housing with five red filters! Each filter is labeled for the appropriate depth. It's always a good idea to take an extra one with on a dive. Pro tip: put it on the inside of your wet suit near your wrist - it won't fall out.

GoPro Waterproof case with EXTRA battery!! Great for really long dives or recharge your GoPro during a surface interval !

Maybe I’m the only one who needs to carry around a spare! Anyways, keeping a spare Snorkel Keeper in my dry bag has saved me before.

Funnygirl Long Sleeve Rash Guards!! There are soooo many more but these two are my favorite!! If you have a larger chest like me, where it says your boobs should be and where they actually are will be a little different. Once it's zipped up and you're diving everything is where it's supposed to be. Usually with once pieces I have issues with length, I'm 5'5" and this is just the perfect fit.

BEST Beach Towel. Ever. Honestly, I love this towel so much I actually went and left a review. It's all around great and it even fits in my 5L Mares dry bag!!

We all know it, don't bring anything that can't get wet onto the boat! Dry bags are really great! Since they clip together it's easy to clip them around a pole up off the ground and out of everyone's way. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to locate the exact bag that I own online. The one I have was purchased from a Mares store in Honduras. It's a really thin material - so thin I can roll it up (empty) and fit it inside one of my dive shoes with extra space.
